For ALL SEATING ORDERS (except Lounge Seating), Mayline will prepay and absorb ALL freight charges regardless of order size. These terms apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous states and bordering Canadian provinces.
For ALL OTHER PRODUCTS shipping via common carrier, a flat 3% of the total list price of the order (excluding Seating) will be added to the invoice. These freight terms apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous states ONLY. All shipments to Canadian provinces bordering the 48 contiguous states will receive a 4% of list charge. Other locations will be billed actual freight. The minimum common carrier freight charge = $100.00 U.S.
Freight terms DO NOT INCLUDE INSIDE DELIVERY, LIFTGATE, CALL-IN-ADVANCE, OR OTHER ACCESSORIAL CHARGES.
If a customer selects their own carrier on a 3rd party or collect billing basis, it is up to the customer to designate this on their order.
For orders shipping via small parcel (i.e., UPS or Fed-Ex Ground), freight will be billed at 8% of the total list price. Range of charges will be $10.00 (minimum) to $100.00 (maximum).
Shipments with freight charges exceeding $100.00 will be shipped via common carrier.
Maximum size - 184" length and girth combined; Maximum weight - 100 lbs. per package.
Packages over 84" in length and girth, may incur extra charges. Maximum length is 108".
